It seems to be the latest "trend" for bigger YouTube channels to get fancy RED Weapon 8K and similar cameras to make their videos. And then they spend a long time not using them properly because such a rig is far too overkill for their needs. While some groups and such can definitely make use of the specific features and upgrades in a high-end rig, most would be better off putting their money elsewhere.
In celebration of this, I bought a SECOND Panasonic G7. Because it made more sense to get better glass and have a backup camera than buy a new body.
