The remains of Siti Nur Ismawida Ismail who was killed in the earthquake in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia last Sunday has safely arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 5.25pm.
Her body accompanied by her husband, Mohd Hafiz Mohd Kassim was flown on a Garuda flight from the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport at 1.40pm.
Upon arrival at KLIA, the remains was then taken to the Ar-Rahimah Mosque, Desa Pandan for prayers before the body was brought to the Batu Muda Muslim Cemetery, Kuala Lumpur to be laid to rest tonight.
Siti Nur Ismawida was killed when the walls of a building collapsed on her after a powerful 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit West Nusa Tenggara and Lombok at 5.47 am last Sunday.
